I have far too many accessories and this year I have made the choice to drastically reduce my wardrobe, in favour of luxury high street and designer options. I currently have two bags of shoes that I actually need to take to my sisters house… (she gets first pick before they are all sold/given to charity!) After years of hoarding, this is the year my wardrobe starts becoming quality over quantity, which is much harder for me to say (or write) than actually do!
If you’ve been checking in here for the many years that I have been writing, you’ll know that I only wear heels. Inevitably, that means a lot of pain but I’m finding more and more that the high street is offering heels that aren’t just pretty, but also comfortable. One such brand is L.K.Bennett who are currently cornering the high street in the luxury section. I’ve only truly discovered L.K.Bennett in the last few years, but their clothes and shoes are steadily taking over my wardrobe.
For valentines day this year, the lovelies at L.K.Bennett very kindly sent me the Tonnia Courts in celebration of their #HeartAndSole campaign to promote their incredible Valentines day offering. To me, receiving shoes as a gift is something so incredibly personal. You have to know so much about a person to choose the perfect pair for them and they really did choose the perfect pair for me. One more beautiful pair of shoes to add to my brand new – higher end – wardrobe.
What’s better than having the most beautiful pair of shoes? The stunning clutch to match. I didn’t just stop there though, this skirt is also L.K.Bennett. Perhaps a little more on the summer-y side, but it definitely brightens up a cold winters day and because it’s a little more expensive, I’ll definitely make sure I get my wear out of it!
A simple black roll neck keeps the outfit from looking too over the top, while a pink coat sets it off and, more importantly, keeps me warm in these arctic conditions!
