I mentioned that we had spent the morning doing photo shoots, but didn’t actually show you the results. Picture this – five degrees celcius with wind bringing the temperature down to a freezing minus something and you’re standing there wearing nothing but a dress and sling back heels.
Although, I have to admit, twirling around in this stunning Ted Baker number kept the chills off.
This dress reminds me so much of a vintage dress I inherited off my grandmother. It’s an extremely similar print, fabric and design just slightly modernised. Still a classic, it has that 40’s elegance to it that aligns perfectly with the Parisian landscape.
Of course, there was only one place worthy of such a decadent dress – it’s of course the Pont Alexandre III the most beautiful bridge I’ve ever seen and every bloggers dream photography spot!
We had our fair share of tourists, stopping to catch the glint of gold with their cameras, as I twirled across the bridge, and I don’t blame them. Ted Baker creates the most stunning dresses with incredibly flattering designs, all to display an elegant and wholly feminine silhouette.
The Charlet Jacquard Dress would be the perfect accompaniment to an evening dinner and cocktails – of course, the skirt wouldn’t mind a spin on the dance floor afterwards either. This is an outfit you don’t want to waste.
