Bronzed Slope Style

When it’s cold in the UK, I’m still the one walking around in a T-shirt wondering why everyone only has their eyes showing! It takes quite a lot for me to notice it’s actually cold!

That’s why it’s taken me so long to find an opportunity to wear this deliciously beautiful coat from Didi’s Boutique.*

I actually received it at the last Bloggers Fashion Week and fell in love with it straight away. The material is incredible and the coat is so warm. I adore the colour and the fur hood.

When I say love at first sight, this coat was it. I’ve been looking for something like this for so long so that I can go Skiing in style and this has it all. Perfect for apres and even better for looking good and keeping warm on the slopes!

Paired with my fabulous Oakley Sunglasses, it’s a match made in heaven (although I was reminded by The Gentleman that I look a lot like a Russian Oligarch’s bit on the side…)

I was so gutted that we didn’t end up going skiing this year (even though we had such a lovely time with The Gentleman’s family) but we will hopefully be going at the end of this year! I’ll then get to wear this fab coat with my salopettes on the slopes. There are plenty of pockets all zipped and poppered up, to ensure I can fit everything in and a zip down the front covered by poppers for extra warmth.

It’s such a well thought out garment. The gold colour and the cinched in waist just give a much more expensive feel!

Are you planning on going skiing this year? What do you normally wear, does practicality win over fashion when you’re skiing or do you go all out to look good on the slopes?!
