I’ve wanted to share some blog love for a while, I just haven’t got round to writing this post. After the lovely Emma mentioned me over in her lovely Blog; Hmm Maybe, I thought it was high time I did the same! Of course there are the usual blogs that I’ve mentioned previously – girls, you know who you are;
- The Lobster and Me
- Cocktails and Caroline
- My Gingerbread Journey
- Katie’s Kitchen Journal
- Beauty and a Cookbook
- Lotti Loves London
Starting off with her delightful blog (obviously) to repay the compliment, and because it’s a complete delight to read! Emma started her blog after she realised she was saying ‘Hmm Maybe’ too much and decided to start saying ‘Yes.’ Which is what I think, more of us should be doing! You can find all her adventures in life, food and photography on her blog and every post gives such a positive view on things.
I’ve been reading India’s blog for a while since I saw her over on The Londoner (which everyone knows I read religiously) My Uni Years is a blog about student life; 21st birthday parties, London, Exeter and Oxford. She also gets to travel a lot (lucky duckling!) She has probably one of the simplest – well designed blogs I know and it’s always a pleasure to read.
Sandra’s blog is by no means new or lacking in followers, but I find myself constantly lusting over her wardrobe. 5 inch and up is her personal style blog which is effortlessly chic and clean cut. Her mainly highstreet wardrobe oozes luxury in the way she wears it, and her constant travel schedule means that she always has the perfect backdrop for every outfit.
I have no idea how long I’ve been following Teffy’s adventures, but she’s always so positive and takes beautiful photos hence the name Teffys Perks. She has a talent for seeing beauty and capturing it whether that’s in food, scenery or people. Plus we’ve just recently found out that she has the cutest little brother. Like, ever.
Before August, you’d be able to find Hannah over at ‘A Red Lip Never Dates’ I’ve only recently found her over at A Fashion Fix however, and it’s safe to say; I’m hooked. How she can afford every single new trend going, and wear it so well is a mystery to me. She also gets invited along to all the best blogger parties!
Bluejeans and Bruises is another blog found from The Londoner – Maja is in her mid-twenties and lives the good life. She is a true lifestyle blogger, telling us all about her studies and the search for the perfect job (which she very nearly has!) P.S. She used to be a Model so you know her blog is bound to be Aesthetically Attractive!
IMPROMP-two is a DIY style blog. All the outfits are incredible and shot in a gorgeous 20’s style. Trust me, you’ll love it!
Izy is the definition of ‘Going Places,’ her blog showcases the most incredible food pictures and recipes. Top with Cinnamon isn’t your typical recipe blog though, the foodie pictures are entwined in humorous stories of her week. Probably the most inspiring part about her blog is the fact that Izy is still in full time education – that’s school, not even university!
Being the nosy Parker I am, I realised Caroline had made a new friend in Laura of Heroine in Heels. I just HAD to check out her blog (naturally) and now I’m hooked – oops. That brings my total following on Bloglovin up another few notches! Food/Fashion/Lifestyle – what doesn’t she have on her blog?
Last but by no means least, is a blog that I really think everyone should follow. Whenever I’m having a slightly ‘down’ day, I click over to Scarlett Wonderland and have a good giggle with a cup of tea. I honestly guarantee she will have you in stitches with her day-to-day life and stories. No recipes, no fashion, no beauty. Just good ol’ fashioned writing that everyone can relate to.
So that’s just 10 of the blogs that I read on a regular basis. I can assure you, there are so many more that I read but it would take me all day to list them and I have a full time job to keep up. Do you have any suggestions for blogs that you think I would love/can add to my ever growing list? Please leave links below!
